1. If we miss the lesson how do we do the make up class?
|
When you sign in using the mobile app and click the "Check In" button it will bring up the next screen where you can select to do a make up class for a specific week. Click on the words "Online Lesson" on the class date that you missed. When you check in for the make up class you will receive the video lesson that was released for that week in addition to the one for the current week.
2. I forgot to sign in during the class day but was unable to the next day.

This is the way it has been in the past, however this past Monday they opened up the sign in ability to be able to check in any time within the next 2 days after the day of your regular class. So you should be able to do that now.
3. How will we be able to test at the end of the semester?

We are still working out how to do this. I can say that attendance or checking in for the video lessons is still required to be eligible to test. Students who are not participating in the video lessons will not be able to test. There have been several ideas passed around. The most likely scenario will be upon returning to regular classes we will host a test and awards ceremony. Other options would be to test individually or in small groups from a safe social distance or to somehow figure out how to test via the Zoom app. We're looking into how all this will work out and when we settle on some method I will notify everyone.
4. We were prepaid for the semester but the video lessons are cheaper than the regular classes.

This is true. Depending on your rank you paid $9.00, $10.00 or $12.00 per class. If you paid in full for the entire semester then you are registered in the database as Paid. So when you check in using the app you will be directed to the paypal site just like everyone else. Enter $0. and carry on. The video lessons are only $6.00 per week. So what ever the difference is between your prepaid amount and the video amount you will be issued a credit voucher after the semester closes.
5. Can we still purchase items from Activstars Online Store.

Yes you can. Our online store at www.activstars.com is up and running. I will say that our Midwest warehouse is not up and running. But our mother ship in Arizona is handling all online orders and shipping wherever they need to go.
6. I'm having trouble signing in, the video link doesn't work, need tech support.

Most of you probably could guess that I'm not the most tech savvy guy. So if you ask me for tech support I'm just going to direct you to one of these ladies anyway.
