Yellow and above: What are the 20 Precepts of Karate, do not list them, explain, in general terms, what the concept is.

2018 Fall Class Move & Cancel Annoucement

Hello students, Tuesday October 30th, 2018 class has been MOVED to Cambridge Elementary for this week. All classes will be at the regular time at the new location. Address: 109 W Cambridge Rd, Belton, MO 64012 Classes will return to Gladden on Tuesday, November 13th due to class being cancelled November 6th, for regular class times.
